Now a collectible, the multi-functional Knaus Sport and Fun is designed to appeal to sports and outdoors enthusiasts.
Its unique design with steeply raked front has space inside for a light motorcycle, space on the roof for your surfboard and kayaks, an extra wide 780mm rear door ( good for for wheelchair access ) and a removable side dinette for stowing of bicycles. The rear has a ladder and the roof can be used as a viewing platform. There are rails and roof bars to strap your kayaks or boards onto as well.
This classic is in exceptional condition for the age, you would think it was a late model caravan.
At the front there is a huge tilting fixed bed with massive under-bed storage. When the bed is elevated and the blue panel lifted away the floor length is extended from 2.4m to 4.1m .
The leisure battery can be used for “off grid” stays as you have lights, a gas powered fridge and room heater.
The 2 seat side dinette drops down making the van a 3 berth. The seat bases and table can be removed to open the area for bikes or a wheelchair.
Lots of overhead cupboards, wardrobe and hammock style storage.
The interior, like the exterior is really sharp.
